          2     Sign for the cash and keys for the concession stand and the night deposit box at the bank for the night of work

          3     Get to the concession stand by 5:45 to open up

          4     Have fun operating the stand!

          5     At the end of the night, collect all the bills from the register, place in the bank bag – leave the change in the till

          6     Lastly deposit the cash at the night deposit box at the bank

WEEKLY CAPTAINS          

          1    Contact the Grafton Parks and Recreation (262-375-5310) if the weather is in question, before 3:30, if cancelled – notify the Lion covering the stand

          2    Be available to answer questions for the week

          3    Report changes in schedule to Lion Dan

          4    Be a back up for the stand in an emergency – check on the stand once a night

GUIDELINES:

          •     You are asked to work one night – if you can’t make it contact another Lion to cover

          •     Please notify the Weekly Lion Captain of the Change in staffing

          •     Pricing is noted on the posters in the building

          •     If you have questions – call the weekly Captain

          •     If you bring underage “helpers” THEY CANNOT SERVE BEER!

          •     At the end of the night,

          •     Restock the cooler shelves

          •     Clean and lock the coolers and doors

          •     Put the cash register, snacks, nacho cheese heater, hot dog grill in the the storage room

          •     Lock all the doors 

          •     Keep the area around the stand clean
